ZENITH II
Story
The huge black clouds dominated the final light of the day, as I walked home a glimmer of hope nonetheless. To my surprise, the clouds above thinned out displaying the torch-like halo through the clouds above the trig point but as the clouds were intermittent the moon was unveiled for a moment, and then it disappeared. The next thing I know before I had the idea to pack up, the clouds behind me on the horizon separated out, and the view was that impactful orangery golden glow over my shoulder. I thought this could be a chance of getting both the moon and the sunset sunlight on this concrete block. Ideas like this never actually happen. Not this time though. For most of five seconds, the sun dipped just lower than the black swelling clouds as the subtle pink light touched the trig point, turning back around with my finger on the shutter and there it was, the Moon's silver glimmer as I pressed the button. Then it was all over. Just like that.
